I’m passionate about Irelands cottages and vernacular buildings. My big goal in life was to buy an old building full of history and renovate it. Now I've done it....and set up this blog to see if I can help others do the same! I feel very connected to our old built heritage, maybe because my grandparents lived in traditional Irish cottages and not far from The Schoolhouse was my granny’s cottage where I visited every Sunday growing up. I have a personal goal to better understand and bring back to life more of these old forgotten buildings. Let me know if you have a project and if I can be of any help!
